The following conditions apply to all pickups whether done by individual or by an authorized delivery team: [1] All pickups are the full responsibility of the designer to schedule, coordinate, and ensure delivery goes smoothly. [2] Stashed provides full pickup tickets ahead of time for designer review and approval. [3] All pickup items will be ready for your chosen delivery team upon arrival and checked by our staff on the way out. We suggest your delivery team does the same, as once they touch the first item Stashed is no longer responsible for your products condition and does not guarantee the condition upon arrival. [4] All items will be delivered in their packaging. We are happy to unbox and dispose of the boxes at the standard rates set forth in the itemized fee schedule. You may find this schedule in the Documents folder in your portal. [5] Stashed staff are not permitted to assist in loading or unloading any items designer or designer’s representatives are picking up due to liability issues. Please ensure you have brought the proper assistance to lift and load all items. [6] Pickup times are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 3:00pm. We will not leave items outside of our dock door unattended for you to pick up at a later time.
